The routes serve some of the most deprived areas of Walsall. Service 373 leaves Walsall before turning off into the Coalpool and Harden estates. From here it travels through Blakenall, before turning into the Lower Farm Estate. Next is Bloxwich High Street before following the route the 302 and 301 take back into Walsall. The 372 is the opposite of the above.
They are the evening and Sunday services combining daytime National Express West Midlands services 302, 328, 329 and 329A.

From July 20th, the 373 is due to be withdrawn.
From this date, the 372 will also no longer be a circular service. Instead, at a half hourly frequency, the service will operate from Walsall to Bloxwich. The route will depart Walsall, then travel through Ryecroft, Harden, Blakenall and Lower Farm, before doing the reverse once arriving in Bloxwich. The service will now take 28 minutes in each direction.
